If you’ve never tried grilling peaches, you are in for a real treat. This recipe is SO easy and simple, and makes a very light, refreshing and healthy summer dessert.
- 4 Ripe Peaches
- Grape Seed Oil
Preparation:
- Cut peaches in 1/2 and remove pit.
- Brush lightly with grape seed oil and place cut side down on hot grill.
- Leave on grill just long enough to create grill marks and until peaches are slightly soft.
